Cody is a cool dude!

Sunday, Mommy and Cody came home. But not before we both sent her a gift basket and balloon in the hospital for Mother's day. We have had fun around the house. JuJu went shopping for some clothes to fit Cody since he's smaller than all my hand me downs. She got him this premie outfit and it's still a bit big.

Of course she didn't forget me when she went shopping. She thought it was about time that Daddy get me outside hitting off the tee. I do ok, but would rather put the ball on the ground and hit it like a golf ball.

Monday night, we all helped give Cody his first bath. He didn't like it too much, so I gave him a kiss to comfort him.

Daddy was the photographer and he was making me laugh...check out all my teeth!

Tuesday before Mommy and JuJu picked me up from daycare, they took Cody to Target for his first big outing. He pretty much slept throught their boring shopping spree. And as you can see, it's pretty hard to make him look comfy in his car seat.

After we got home, JuJu got some unfortunate news that someone broke into their home, so Wednesday she had to leave us and go home. She did get to drop me off at daycare first and I finally said "Bye JuJu" when she was leaving. While she was telling Cody bye, Chance decided it was time to meet the new addition to the family.

Before JuJu took off, her and mommy took mine and Cody's picture together...well it was me at 10 days old...I think he's as cute as me (of course).
Later that day, Mommy called to set Cody an appointment for his 1st week weigh in. She also asked to speak to the doctor because she was concerned with how much Cody was sleeping and not waking up to eat. Wednesday morning he ate at 1:15 then would not wake up to eat again till 7:15. Doctor Moore asked mommy to bring Cody in the get checked. He was sent to the hospital for lab work to check his jaundice level. The level was high, so Cody was admitted into the hospital Wednesday night. There, he got to wear some cool shades and lay in the "tanning bed". Mommy spent the night there with him and daddy is visiting them both all day. The doctor came in Thursday morning and said he is doing much better and should get to go home Friday or early Saturday. Daddy thought it was cool that Cody got the "pit stop" Nascar room. I'm going to see him and mommy after school today. Here is Cody at the doctor's office and then in his "tanning bed" in the hospital.
