Trick or Treat!!

Last week at school we did some fun fall stuff. Wednesday, station 5's fire truck came to visit my friends and me at school. I got to "drive" the truck and hear the sirens! I also got to meet Sparky the fire dog! Then Friday, my friends and I went on a hayride around school and had a picnic. We even got to trick or treat at school! So all I talked about after I got home Friday was going trick or treating. I think I asked mama every hour if we could go! Thankfully Saturday FINALLY came! AND thankfully daddy had his game Thursday night against Delta State (which they won 31-7!) so he was able to join us for the festivities Saturday! So Cody and I got dressed and it was time to leave the house....
Cody and I were super excited so we wouldn't be still for a picture. That's when mama thought it would be a good time to take a picture while we were buckled in our seats and couldn't move
Our first stop Saturday was at St. James for the fall festival. We took our costumes off so we could jump in the big octopus!

After jumping for a while, we made our way around to the games. Cody really enjoyed fishing
and I liked bowling!
Then I found this wheel that went around and around
After playing all the games, Cody and I decided that fishing was our favorite, so we went back to fish again

After fishing, it was time to eat, so daddy grabbed Cody and we all headed in to eat!
Once we ate, it was time to go trick or treating. That's when we headed over to the Hannah's house. Their neighborhood had TONS of trick or treaters! I walked up to tell the Hannahs hello and I got my first candy in my pumpkin!
Cody got some candy and a hug from Miss Mollie
After talking to the Hannahs for a little bit, we loaded up in the wagon to go to other houses. Mrs. Jan came with us!
Cody and I walked up to the first house. This was his first time to walk to a house to say trick or treat! I went first to show him what to do.
We got our candy and turned around to go to the next house, but Cody had a problem leaving his candy in his pumpkin. He thought he was supposed to carry the candy in his hand.

Then the next house we walked up and got our candy. I turned around to leave, but Cody just stood there. He didn't understand that they only put candy in his pumpkin once.

Finally he turned to walk away, but the lady at that house made us stop to take a picture together. She thought we looked cute!
By the 3rd house, Cody was really into it! He was walking ahead of me to go up to the doors!
I caught up to him and again he just stood there after he got his candy
I did finally get him to walk away with me and by this time he was saying a really clear "thank you"! We had a lot of fun trick or treating in Oak Park Subdivision! After we made a huge block and got tons of candy, we stayed at the Hannah's house to help hand out candy. Then we provided entertainment for the crowd they had at the house!
Halloween was a huge success this year!! Cody and I had a super fun exciting time!

Sydney turns 3

If you ever ask me who my girlfriend is, the answer is ALWAYS Sydney! Sydney and I have been in the same class at school since the newborn baby room. Last Friday, I was invited to her 3rd birthday party. I of course had to bring my tag along little brother. Cody and Sydney enjoyed playing on the ship together! There were many fun things to do at the party. I found this motorcycle to ride, which was great since right now motorcycles are my FAVORITE! It was finally time to eat! Cody and I decided to sit at the princess table with the girls to eat our pizza.Which was a good idea because I got swarmed by all the girls! Here I am with Morgan, Sydney and Madison. We have all been friends since the baby room at school!
Once we were done eating, I ran over to drive the shipSoon after that, it was time to watch Sydney open her presents. She got a lot of goodies! I got her a princess color wonder coloring book set.
Once she was done opening presents, I made my way over to the coaster. We all took turns going down the coaster and pushing the car back for the next person to go. This was the highlight of the party!

Cody went down the coaster once, but he had a little more fun bouncing around in the castle! He even found the opening of the castle and played peek a boo!

Daddy didn't get to go to the party with us since he was on the road in Arkansas playing Ouachita Baptist, who they lost to in over time 24-23. Today Cody and I wore our UNA jerseys to school to support daddy and the Lions as they travel to Cleveland to play Delta State. It will be on CSS at 7:00. Tune in to support daddy and the Lions!!

October 9, Daddy had an away game. We usually don't go to away games, but this one was fairly close in Georgia and the Pierce's were kind to invite Cody, Mama and me to ride in the rv with them. I started off the trip with a little breakfast. Then Piper, or as I call her, "Paper" and I watched a horsey movie together.
Once we got to the game, I found my friend Una
When I got back from visiting with Una, I found that Cody fell asleep on mama, so I acted like I was going to sleep to.
We were super hot, so during the 2nd half, we shedded our jerseys and stood to watch the game.
After the 17-10 win over West Georgia, we got back in the RV for the trip home. "Paper" fell asleep and I watched for a minute.
But then I went to sit with daddy and Cody
After such a long day on Saturday, Cody and lounged around Sunday. Here, we are watching TV together. Notice we even crossed our ankles the same.
During the week, Mama took us to visit a small pumpkin patch. Cody and I spotted some gourds and pumkins on some hay and sat for a brotherly pic.
The next nite, daddy had a home game. Durning the week! Unfortunately we lost 5-0 against Valdosta. Since daddy's game was on Thursday night, he did not have one on Saturday, which means he had some free time to go to the BIG pumpkin patch! Once we got there, I showed Cody this little pumpkin.
Then I sat with all the little pumpkins
and Cody did to!
We sat down as a family for a bit and took a couple of pictures on the hay bales. I had to make sure this pumpkin was in the picture.

After taking a family picture, Cody and I posed with a pumpkin for a couple of shots.

Cody said he was done, then threw his pumpkin down
I was much nicer to the pumpkin...I gave it a hug!
Later, we found some bigger pumpkins on the ground and Cody had a seat
so then I did to!
Then we both found this wagon to climb on and it started moving, so we waved bye!
Daddy took us for a ride!
We were waiting patiently for the hayride to come back around
and it did! See the tractor pulling the big long trailer!
We got to climb on and go for a ride!
I LOVED the hayride!
and Cody did too!
He even saw something and turned around to tell me!
See! He saw a bunch of orange pumpkins all over the place!
So we got out and walked with daddy to go pick out our pumpkins!
Cody found a couple! So he walked over to show me.
We had a hard time deciding which one we wanted to keep
But in the end I got one and he got one...mine is the one on the left After the hayride, I found all these colorful flowers that they call mums
Then on the way out the door, I found a haystack and climbed on and jumped off a bunch of times! It was super fun!
We got home and got cleaned up, then Cody decided it was drummer boy time.
Then we got in my bed for a nice cup of milk and some tv time!
