9 months and so cute!

Friday afternoon the parents and I went down to McFarland Park to take pictures for the UNA Football Media Guide. I thought it was really fun being down by the river. They said we'll go back real soon for a picnic...can't wait! Mommy kept messing our pictures up cause the wind was blowing her hair all over the place. Daddy and I don't have that problem.

Saturday was such a pretty day, so mommy took me and Chance outside to play and the sun was so bright that mommy gave me my first pair of sunglasses to wear. I'm such a cool dude! Chance thought I was cool too...he came up to me to play and check out my new accessory.

So Sunday I turned 9 months old and guess what! I have tooth #4! It's my 2nd tooth on top.

Chance and Me

Look at me and my doggy...Chance really likes me now. When I am in my exersaucer eating my puffs or crackers, I always make sure I give him a couple. Now he likes to come up to me when I'm sittin in the floor and lick my face and sniff my ears...it makes me laugh!!

I've also been trying to crawl. I think I'm really close, but right now I just go backwards. I can do a man push up where I am on just my hands and toes, then I get on my hands and knees and rock back and forth. I'm going to figure it out soon!

Friday, one of mommy's best friends along with her boyfriend came to visit. I had a lot of fun with Ms. Chasity and Mr. Scott. I wasn't so sure about Ms. Chasity at first, but Mr. Scott and I hit off right off the bat...he had a cool hat that I really enjoyed playing with and wearing. Saturday, all of us Tony Stewart fans took a picture together before the race started...good thing Mr. Scott wasn't a TS fan cause we wouldn't have had anyone to take the picture! Come back soon Ms. Chasity and Mr. Scott!

Sunday after they left, I made daddy go get mommy breakfast for mother's day! Also, I made a card for mommy at daycare Friday to give to her. I put my thumb print on it and wrote "Thumbody loves you"...she loved it! Along with that card I got her some new makeup brushes and some lotion and smell goods and a magazine. She said she loved it all and the best part of mother's day was just spending time with me! So I helped her with the laundry and then later she gave me a bath...some good QT with mommy!

Tooth #3!

Last night mommy found that I now have a 3rd tooth. It's the first one on top!

Kade is my bud!

Saturday the parents and I took a trip to the Boone's house so we could all meet my new buddy Kade. Kade and I hit it off pretty good! He was sleeping a lot, so I decided to take a nap with him. He also already knows how to share...he let me wear his cool white hat. He told me I needed to get out in the sun because he's so much darker than me! I'm so white! Daddy said it's cause his mommy is Mexican? (ha kiddin Mrs. Angela).

Of course the parents went crazy with the camera and took many pictures. Here's us with the moms and then with the dads (future huntin camp foursome & Talladega goers). I played some peek a boo with daddy...we were being silly...he's also my bud! It was a fun exciting visit. See ya in a couple weeks Kade!!
I must have still been excited about meeting Kade, because I would not sleep Saturday night. Mommy let me get in the bed with her. Can you find me? I'm in camo.
Mommy is great...Sunday night she read me a night time story. I love looking at the pictures and trying to grab the book and pages so I can chew on them. She said we'll start doing it nightly now so I can learn words and stuff. Must have put me off into good dreaming mode because I slept, well, like a baby!

My parents are Rednecks!

Wow what a week I had! Mommy and Daddy picked me up from daycare last Monday and I had some stuff oozing from my eye, so Tuesday morning they took me to the doctor. I ended up having pink eye and an ear infection, so I went to work with mommy for a couple days. Mommy got sick on Thursday, so we both stayed home together, then JuJu came to see us that night! She came up to keep me so the parents could go be rednecks for the weekend. Yep, they went to Talladega! It was the first time I have been apart from both of the parents since I was born. JuJu and I had a fun time together...she got me well (again), but I think me and mommy got her sick...sorry JuJu! Hope you feel better soon! Mommy and I took a picture before her and daddy left Friday morning. Sunday at the race, the parents took a picture in the stands to show me where I will get to sit in a few years. They said they had a good time, but was so ready to get home and see me. They walked in the door Sunday night around 8:30. JuJu let me stay awake so I could see them! They told me how much they missed me. I missed them too! Mommy even bought me a shirt that says "future driver". Guess we'll see if that's true!

My Friend is here!!!

My friend Kade Ashton Boone was born April 22 at 2:38 pm. He was 7lbs and 20 inches long. Congratulations Mr. Keith and Mrs. Angela! I'll come see him real soon!
